Alcoholics Anonymous Is Dangerous! (Part 2 of 4)

This is an urgent warning about Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and other Twelve Step Programs that copy them. This is also a warning about residential treatment programs that utilize The Twelve Steps of AA. And, lastly, I explain why churches should not allow these programs to meet on their property.   4. They told me that if I did not attend a meeting every day that I was going
    to use/drink/act out in my addiction again. I did things, even when I went
    to a meeting every day! And I had periods of abstaining when I was not
    attending meetings every day. So thanks. Change happens INSIDE US. Yes,
    we stop doing destructive stuff because we don’t want to die. Not because
    of 12 step meetings!

  5. Jim, what is your opinion of al-anon? My husband has a drinking problem.
    I’ve gone to my first al-anon meeting and I think it can really help me
    cope with his illness.

    talking without really saying anything. You have cited no references and
    project your opinion as fact with no credible evidence to back it up. So
    far, I have watched 2 parts of this 4 part segment and have only see you
    rant your opinion and you have not offered any references.

    By the way its interesting to note that some of the most revered
    “patriarchs” in my neck of AA have interesting “backgrounds” &
    affiliations. Whether they’re bible toting, born again evangelicals,
    members of The Activity (another cult !) — or sporting criminal
    records of spousal abuse and/or pedophilia. I’ve never seen anyone
    shut these men up, or attempt to — which is odd, because they all
    try to stop me from talking or sticking up for myself. No, gurus like
    that (both the bellicose biker types and the *pseudo-serene ghandi*
    *types*) amass followers within AA and even get standing ovations when
    they speak. The common thread, with some, seems to be their ability
    to wear a *persona of emotion-less serenity. Lack of emotion being*
    *a trait AA’ers are taught to admire without question*. I have watched
    men fawn in admiration over the COLD remote member who brags he
    did not “have to” cry at his own child’s funeral!! It’s CHILLING what gets
    admired and touted as “spiritual” in the rooms of AA! I have seen and

    I never “progressed” as AA members say into somebody
    “doomed to surely die……if they pick up a drink again”
    They don’t reach out to help you as a newcommer.
    Not one lady reached out to me first. I had to approach them.
    I actually heard one woman announce in a discussion meeting,
    that she wasn’t approaching newcommers anymore, that they
    “had to do the work on their own”…..what ?
    When I stopped going, I didn’t get one phone call from about
    12 women I met at AA, even wondering where I was ?
    *The fact is, they are phony friends & they really don’t care.*
    They never called me to see how I was doing.
    I just couldn’t stand listening to their stupid little system of
    working those steps, or telling strangers your business.

  11. I was wrong about the Orange Papers Forum. It is as bad as AA. It has been
    hijacked by some very deceitful members. DON’T TRUST THEM! However, the
    Orange Papers have a lot of good information. But you should be careful
    because Orange slips in his New Age eastern religious beliefs along with
    the facts. He also speaks against Christianity out of ignorance. So if you
    just read the FACTS about AA and ignore his OPINIONS about “religion” you
    will learn a lot. Nevertheless, it is very clear to me that Orange’s agenda
    is to turn people away from both AA and Christianity while promoting his
    own religious beliefs. This is why I am going to write an article and
    record a video that exposes this deception. So don’t forget to subscribe to
