If you or a loved one struggle with drug addiction and/or alcoholism feel free to reach out to me!
If you’re struggling with drug addiction then the 12 steps can definitely help with sobriety more than it can harm. As a former drug addict and alcoholic who struggled to get sober for many years, these programs were a great experience. Whether you struggle with alcoholism or addiction it doesn’t matter. I tried drug rehab and didn’t get as much out of it. If you want to stop drinking or using drugs action is everything. I was addicted to weed and a meth addict and now have over 4 years sober, it is possible.
The meetings in A.A. and N.A. and people differ so much. Celebrate Recovery is Christian based which may appeal to some but not everyone. To stay sober is hard, doing it alone just sucks. If you’re wondering how to stay sober, make it easy on yourself. Overcoming addiction is possible but take the easy way out. Drug abuse and substance abuse are horrific things to go through, coming out is even more horrific.
