Unbelievers Unabashed. This 48 minute presentation looks at the growth of the freethinker, no-prayer AA groups, General Service Office’s zero for ten record with AA requests for an atheist/agnostics pamphlet and We Agnostics on the world stage from the world conference from 1995 to 2015 to the start of the We Agnostics, Atheists & FreeThinkers International AA Conference first held in Santa Monica in 2014 and (at the time of uploading) looking forward to Austin TX, November 11th to 13th, 2016.
Rebellion Dogs Publishing’s Joe C offers some commentary on the anti-agnostic AA underground and the upcoming Ontario Social Justice Tribunal hearing that has been abuzz over the blogosphere and press. Drama is unfolding as an AA member lodged a complaint of discrimination and harassment over the 2011 Toronto Intergroup’s move to de-list agnostic groups and refusing to negotiate in good faith for five years. Intergroup claims in their defense that to be part of Toronto AA Intergroup a Group must obey the Twelve Steps and all members must believe in God.
