the nonsense of 12 steps
January 2, 2010 at 9:59 am
Outstanding! I’m not usually a big fan of text-to-movie format, but
yourself and other people on here have a real flair for it and put it to
good use. The mechanical voices suit AA very well LOL Happy new year!

Seovaoesespmvsl. How did I do? “We need someone to make the coffee” lol.

thanks weasel! repeating nonsense does not lead to clarity!

Thanks Mr. Ammo you raised an excellent point. The temperance movement has
been existence for thousands of year and well chronicled for several
hundred. Bill Wilson and his followers try to take the credit for inventing

I am glad that you are free Toby. You did not leave because you are
“morally unfit” incapable of being honest” or really just going out there
to drink. I am sure that you left to get sanity, just like the rest of us.

They also call them “dry drunks”…and, yeah, there’s more to addictive
personalities than just drinking/using, but “the Program” is still of
dubious value. People get better on their own by taking responsibility for
their lives and actions. True in Roman Times, true in ours.

AA / NA is criminal an responsible for many suicides
January 3, 2010 at 9:02 am
Very true. I have witnessed many suicides “in the rooms” this is the result
of the false promises, isolation, and browbeating. they ae made to
constantly dwell in the negative. after the person is dead, the 12 steppers
proudly say “s/he didn’t work the program hard enough, like I did!. the
opposite is true, they died because they worked the program too hard.

This is a very well thoughtout video which exposes the cult of AA and what
it is all about. I’m gonna try to get quickcap the AA elder to watch this
one. I will use this type of trickery inwhich AA is famous for to do so.

@somethingdiffereable Thank you

Wow, I love it. How brilliant and sadly true. I have real contempt for
these fruitcakes too.

Hilarious, so true. The steps are a useless , confusing , lesson in
futility . They do nothing . There are many in AA who go to meetings but
who can see through all the B.S. To fit in the program all you have to do
is say ; my sponsor , says ,this and that, the big book says blah blah blah
. Then tell some poor newcomer how wonderful their life will become when
they start working the steps with a sponsor . It also really helps to tater
your big book so it looks like you’ve read it a milliontimes

THE US AND THEM SICK MENTALITY::l:Rarely have we seen a person fail who has
thoroughly followed our path. Those who do not recover are people who
cannot or will not completely give themselves to this simple program,
usually men and women who are constitutionally incapable of being honest
with themselves. There are such unfortunates. They are not at fault; they
seem to have been born that way. They are naturally incapable of grasping
and developing a manner of living which demands rigorous honesty. Their
chances are less than average.apter 5 how it works is an example of we get
it you dont unless you follow our path

AA made easy for the newcomer:
The program of Alcoholics Anonymous is Flawless, Perfect, Irreplaceable,
Miraculous, Sacred, Holy, Divinely Inspired, Angelic, Sanctified, Singular,
the Only True Faith, the Only redeemer, the Only cure, our Salvation,
medicinal, purifying, FDA Approved, court sanctioned, AMA and APA
recommended, Guitar-God-Endorsed, Spiritual-not-religious, Un-organized,
Un-lead, Attractive-not-promotional, a blueprint, a field-guide, a set of
instructions, a refuge, a shelter from the storm, a path through the
wilderness, the high road, the wind beneath your wings, the love that lifts
you higher, a candle in the darkness, the Guiding Light, the One, the Only,
the Ultimate, the alpha and the omega, a humble and relentlessly honest,
but ultimately Simple, Answer to the Fatal, Incurable, Disease of
Alcoholism, and Only by forgetting Everything you already know, asking
yourself where your Best Thinking got you, Suiting up and Showing up,
making 90 in 90, shutting your mouth and opening your ears, Keeping It
Simple, Stupid, finding a Sponsor, jumping in the deep end feet first,
turning your will and your life over to a Higher Power, the Group, and the
Fellowship, taking a fearlessly honest inventory of Every sin you ever
committed, no matter how small, (Fear, or False Evidence Appearing Real
being the worst of these), telling another human being All of your sins,
making amends to All the people you have Ever harmed, and Carrying the
Message to the Alcoholic who Still Suffers, (after which you will be
rocketed into a fourth dimension the existence of which you were formerly
unaware), will you be guaranteed of The Promises of happiness and a New
Freedom from the Disease of Alcoholism, (provided you pray, meditate, and
attend meetings for the Rest Of Your Life).
And If you don’t, you’ll DIE.
If you do, you’ll die anyway, but you’ll die Sober, (unless you’re too
Intelligent for this Simple Program, or are one of those poor unfortunates
who are constitutionally incapable of being Honest).
You are POWERLESS!
I have not had a drink today! Praise Me!
